Arithmetic calculations is the Heart of Mathematics and students undoubtedly need to use it throughout their schooling and college, in every class and almost everyday; whether they like it or not. Multiplication sounds easy in the beginning when you are multiplying single x single. But as you progress to some of the higher levels you need to multiply double x double, then double x triple and this is when fear of Maths creeps into the children’s mind since they end up consuming a lot of time to multiply bigger numbers using conventional techniques taught in schools.

Today let us learn the Quickest ways to multiply any two numbers, using the magic of two amazing alternate Maths techniques – Abacus and Vedic Maths.

What is Abacus

Abacus classes for kids is like a special tool for those kids who want to be ahead in today’s world of fierce competition. Abacus is an age-old technique primarily used by the Asiam countries like Japan and China that uses the concept of beads to teach numbers in the most effective way, and gives the ability to students to perform all kinds of calculations in their mind (using the Visualization technique) in a superfast way. Abacus trained students are truly called Human calculators. You will not be able to believe your own eyes when you see the children doing calculations using Abacus for the first time. Watch some of the demo videos of students of Mathcruise academy (from where my son completed his Abacus training).
